The sea mist created as a big set pours through Rincon Cove produces a dramatic mood as Oxnard's Russ Short contemplates his paddle out. Russ, one of California's best surfers at the time, was laying down heavy three-fin Bonzer tracks years before the Thruster appeared.
Each of our Classic Prints are a Giclee Fine Art Print, on 100% Archival, 360gsm Cotton Rag paper (1OO+ year archival) with Archival inks.

All images are shot with original Kodachrome64 35mm slide film or Kodak B&W film.
