What separates a really good surfer from a really great one is the latter’s ability to take a nothing wave and turn it into something beautiful. Tom Curren, applying his brushstroke to this humble canvas; and in the process, masterfully creates this beautiful textural study of black and white imagery.
I was happy to have been able to capture Tommy artistry on his experimental skimboard some 40 years after my original images of Tommy were taken.
Each print from our Recent Work is a Giclee Fine Art Print, on 100% Archival, 360gsm Cotton Rag paper (1OO+ year archival) with Archival inks.
